Will you be adding new patterns in the future?
Yes. We will add 5 new patterns a month, so please check back!
How do I send data for my original layout?
We can accept your data in the Adobe Illustrator format version CS6 or earlier. Please use our original template.

About the printed data

Can you put my logo on my business cards?
Yes. We can accept your original logo data for files formatted in Adobe Illustrator version 10.0 or earlier.
Note: We cannot accept logos made in Microsoft Word, Excel, or Powerpoint. We also cannot accept handwritten logos.
Will the printed colors on the logo be the same as those displayed on my computer screen?
Though we try our best to print the same colors used in your logo, there may be some variation due to differences in display screens.
Note: We cannot print gold or silver colors for logos.
Can I change the size of my business card?
Sorry. We can only make standard-size business cards (Width: 91mm, Height: 55mm).
Can I request a color sample or a test print?
Sorry. We cannot send color samples or test prints.

About shipping, payment and cancellation

When will I receive my business cards?
It takes about 3-5 business days from the time we receive all your necessary information and data. We are open Monday to Friday, except on holidays. We ship all items from Kyoto, Japan.
Shipping may take longer than usual in the following circumstances:
* Shipments may be delayed if we experience a heavy volume of orders.
* If you choose to incorporate a logo, it may take extra time to confirm your logo information.
How can I pay my bill?
Please pay via Credit Card. (Payment is required before shipment)
Can a get a discount for my company?
Please send us detailed information about your company order to order@wafuda.jp. We will let you know if we can offer you a discount.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry. Orders cannot be cancelled. We begin making your personalized business cards soon after receiving your order. Pressing the “order” button begins the process of making your business cards. The data you enter before clicking this button will be the information that will appear on your cards. Please check your information thoroughly before clicking this button.
